Train and lead operators, mechanics and supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging;
Develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies;
Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement;
Create SOPs for troubleshooting machines and transfer knowledge to team members
