Our client a growing manufacturer, is hiring a hands-on 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and manage technicians responsible machine or facility repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

Onsite in Hazleton, PA. Relocation assistance..

Schedule 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. 2-2-3 schedule.

How you will contribute:

• Collaborate with other departments and production schedules to manage and staff to determine when planned maintenance least interferes with operations.
• Partner with Plant Management on production line and facility improvements.
• Work with Maintenance Manager and Plant Management to develop and implement autonomous maintenance program.
• Work with Maintenance Manager and Plant Management develop and implement TPM program to include vibration analysis, thermos, and ultra-sonic technologies.
• Lead weekly maintenance portion of the operations planning meeting.
• Work with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Management to conduct deep-driving analysis into down time events and implement counter measures.
• Work with Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance score card and reporting for the daily GEMBA walkthrough to monitor PM and repair effectiveness.
• Manage the CMMS and studies maintenance schedules to estimate labor hours required for completion of job assignments.
• Conduct quality control for repairs and PMs.
• Enforce parts room process adherence and develop/maintain critical spare parts inventory.
• Maintain training records and develop individual training plans for maintenance technicians with the Maintenance Manager.
• Supervise maintenance technicians in performing equipment trouble shooting, as necessary.

What You Bring to this winning team:

• 5-10 years of maintenance experience, in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Power Point
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate or bachelor's degree desirable.
