Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted MD or DO license in Pennsylvania
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetrics hospitalist care
• Exceptional clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospitalist or inpatient obstetric setting
• Advanced certifications such as NRP, BLS, ACLS
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
• Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA certification are strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start on 01/01/2025
• Commitment to adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as required
• Willingness to travel, if necessary, with applicable reimbursements
