Responsibilities- Oversight of the programming and automation projects for the company's welding technology team.
- The overall production of needed programs to meet equipment design performance requirements (schedules, scope, delivery, and support).
- Determining overall requirements for technical content and systems.
- Continual improvement of products including cost optimization.
- The financial performance of designated projects and ensuring they are within budget.
- Establishing and managing KPIs.
- Organizing training(s) needed for skills development.
- Bachelor of Science Degree (preferred).
- 5+ years of Industrial Automation Experience.
- 5+ years of UI Design experience.
- Extensive knowledge of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Architectural Designs.
- Previous experience working with Agile Software Development.
