The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work status and issues
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving)
• Performing other duties as assigned

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, sometimes for long periods
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature

• Travel as needed
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently
• Access all store areas safely
• Operate store equipment
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Handle contact with birds/poultry
• Complete all training successfully
• Operate equipment like forklifts if qualified
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities
