Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Physician

Required Skills:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Radiology and/or Nuclear Medicine.
  • Valid state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Proven proficiency in diagnostic imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, PET, and nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate image interpretation.
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with advanced imaging techniques or interventional radiology.
  • Familiarity with PACS and radiology information systems.
  • Research or publication experience in radiology or nuclear medicine.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical diagnostic radiology or nuclear medicine setting.
  • Certifications from recognized radiology and nuclear medicine boards.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call shifts.
  • Travel reimbursement for related professional activities when applicable.
  • Valid licensure and board certification required prior to start date.
