Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and ambitious Resourcer to join our Life Sciences Recruitment team. This role will support the recruitment process while also offering exposure to client interaction and end-to-end recruitment, making it an ideal step towards a Recruitment Consultant position.
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates while supporting and, over time, managing recruitment processes from job intake through to placement.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify candidates across the life sciences sector using Linked In, job boards, internal databases, and networking methods
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability, skills, and motivation
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for live and future roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement, with support from senior team members
- Write and post job advertisements aligned with client and candidate requirements
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support offer processes
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM/ATS system
- Develop market knowledge across life sciences disciplines and roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confidence using Linked In and online sourcing tools
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
- Interest or background in life sciences, STEM, or healthcare
- Experience working with clients or managing recruitment processes
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
- Clear progression path into a Recruitment Consultant role
