Inventory & Office Administrator

Inventory Clerk

Location:

Hayward, CA

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm

Pay: 22.00/hr

• Experience working with Distribution and/or Supply Chain Management Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs Word and Excel
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen (post offer)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must possess a good attitude
• Strong understanding of confidentiality in the work place (facilitating HR paperwork on site for corporate branch)
• Help Inventory Control process cycle as needed
• Conduct daily row counts
• Prepare and process all CODs collected while checking for accuracy
• Energetic and takes initiative

• Must be able to lift up to 44lbs unassisted
• Must be forklift certified with prior forklift experience
• High School Diploma and previous work history required
