• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to verify tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining a clean and safe facility environment for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching, including minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, rotating or replacing tires, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player, willing to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with Penske instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Compliance with DOT requirements, including a current driver qualification file, motor vehicle records, DOT physical, safety performance history, and CDL holders required to submit a drug screening.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete the application, submit to background screening, pass a drug screen and physical, and travel for training within a near geography.

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting for extended periods.
• Use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle tools or controls.
• Ability to work at heights with ladders and elevated platforms.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Vision and hearing to navigate workplace amid large truck traffic.
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs.

Monday–Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Second shift start after 11 am: $3.00 per hour.

Third shift start after 9 pm: $4.00 per hour.
