Class A CDL - Over the Road Driver

Viewrail is looking to expand our delivery services by hiring a dedicated OTR Truck Driver to join our delivery team. The OTR Truck Driver is a crucial part of our driving team as they deliver products to our warehouses as well as residential and commercial job sites as they handle products with care, exceed delivery expectations, and provide excellent "White Glove" customer service.

• Position Requirements & Responsibilities: (These requirements are in addition to any and all Viewrail employment requirements and policies.)

• Manage a run list.
• Facilitate and operate our technical scanning and package locating systems.
• Run and oversee shipping software systems that are warehouse specific.
• Make calls to the customer and set up a delivery time or change the delivery dates
• Make deliveries several days a week.
• Maintain and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
• Unload and organize freight in the warehouse and trucks.
• Keep the customer up to date on the order delivery status.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver License
• Valid Class A CDL
• DOT Physical (Provided by company if not currently obtained)

• Ability to regularly lift at least 70 lbs
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Knowledge or willingness to learn applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• No OWI’s within the last 5 years
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)

• $0.75/mile (based on experience) plus $50 per stop bump & company discretionary monthly bonus
• Sign on Bonus totaling $4,000
• $1,000 on the first paycheck
• $3,000 upon completion of 6 months of active, full time employment
• Full-time Viewrail employee
• Would use our tractor that has a sleeper, refrigerator and an inverter with Sirius radio.
• Would use our trailer with liftgate
