As a Delivery Driver, you will play a pivotal role in this mission, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and set up perfectly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate all vehicles within our fleet, including 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks, and follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Load furniture and home décor products into the truck at the warehouse, ensuring they are secured properly.
• Deliver and unload furniture to residential and commercial locations, meeting delivery schedules.
• Set up furniture on-site, arranging items to create a polished, lived-in look that aligns with Vesta Home’s standards.
• Hang art, mirrors, and other wall décor using proper tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, providing timely updates on progress and completion of tasks.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain accurate inventory records during loading and unloading.
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, order picking, and staging.
• Ensure furniture is cleaned and prepared before delivery and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Adapt to changes in routes, schedules, and customer needs with a positive attitude.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Dispatch Track platform and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to take and submit photos for quality documentation.
• Use of tools like drills, hammers, and levels for assembly and installation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
• Proven experience in furniture delivery and setup.
• Strong physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training.
