Drain Technician

Location: Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Hayward, CA

Reporting To: General Manager

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 / year

You will be responsible for managing a territory and servicing drains. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their drain/plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments.

The responsibilities below include, but are not limited to:

• 1-3 years’ experience in the plumbing/sewer and drain cleaning industry
• Inspecting and diagnosing-use tools like sewer cameras to inspect and diagnose clogs in drains
• Clearing Clogs-use tools like high-velocity water jets and electric snakes to clear clogs in drains
• Maintaining and repairing-Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
• Providing estimates
  - Estimate the cost and time needed to complete a job
• Educate clients-Teach clients how to prevent and fix blocked drains
• Protecting the clients property-use protective mats and shoe covers to protect the client's hoe
• Cleaning Up-Clean up the work area after completing the job
• Documenting the work-Document the work performed in writing, with pictures and with videos
• Valid Driver’s License
• Exceptional service and repair skills
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to drive sales and growth
• Must be very safety minded
• Have a great attendance record

• Hourly, plus commission
• Full time with overtime as necessary
