Sales Manager

Ever Watt, founded in 2014, is a rapidly growing energy-efficiency company in Hayward, CA. We retrofit existing buildings with LED lighting, HVAC, and controls, using mostly on-bill financing or other financing that allows the customer to pay for the project using only what they save in electricity each month, so they never have to write a big check.

Salary is $100,000 base, which ideally pales in comparison to the unlimited override on sales team commission, which is truly limitless.

Family health care fully paid, 401K, reimbursed mileage.

We are pretty clear about what we're looking for. That is:

Requisite:

• You have navigated CRMs to report on your team's activity, and you have sculpted the visibility of the activity you want to see/track/improve by manipulating the CRMs' settings.
• You have taught a sales team to effectively wield their time using a CRM.
• You have directly increased a sales team's sales.
• You lead by example.

Not requisite, strongly valued:

• Your experience in the above is in B->
