Project Manager
Salary Range: $80K - $100K Annually DOE
Job Summary
The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all phases of the project timeline, ensuring seamless execution. This allows our Outside Sales Engineers (OSEs) to dedicate at least 60% of their efforts to external, client-facing activities, maximizing their productivity and impact.
Essential Functions and Reponsibilities
The Project Manager will drive project development by managing product sizing and selection, quote generation, order entry and processing, material tracking, timeline updates, and clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders. These responsibilities are not exhaustive; and additional related duties may be assigned as needed.
- Escalate and manage expedited orders with urgency and ensure manufacturer lead times are actively monitored and communicated.
- Keep Outside Sales Engineers (OSEs) and customers updated on delivery schedule changes using information from internal and external sources.
- Ensure order entry accuracy, align sales and factory purchase orders with submittals and customer purchase orders, and involve OSEs as necessary.
