Assist store management with basic operations, developing associates, and achieving sales goals and performance standards.

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Train and develop sales team
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Manage store operations and loss prevention in management's absence
• Communicate store needs to management
• Complete bank deposits and assigned tasks promptly
• Participate in training
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Demonstrate Journeys culture to the team

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in retail
• Willingness to learn
• Complete all training programs or equivalent
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
