Your Role:

• List and sell residential real estate
• Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process
• Conduct market analyses and develop pricing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide exceptional service and communication to every client

Receive 10–15 showing-ready leads monthly—these are motivated clients eager to view homes today, not cold internet leads.

Inside Sales Agents Setting Appointments for you.

We have a team of inside sales agents who follow up with leads and book appointments on your behalf.

After onboarding, you will be paired with a Team Lead for rapid ramp-up, deal support, and real-time guidance.
