Position Overview:

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is hiring
** Registered Nurses (RNs)
** for part-time positions. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.
* Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
* Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans for patients.
* Perform routine procedures, including blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
