Your Role
The Maintenance Technician works as a key member of a high-performance team responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations and equipment in a pharmaceutical production environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical equipment failures (e.g. Production equipment, HVAC/air handlers, air compressors, RO/DI water system).
Assist in developing, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance procedures and documentation (Maximo).
Assist in review and tracking of equipment component failures and help make recommendations for increased long term reliability.
Maintain appropriate equipment documentation and change control according to internal procedures.
Assist in spare part analysis and inventory development.
Assist in the installation and startup of new equipment.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills (ability to read, write and speak fluent English) and understanding of cGMP regulations. Good procedural writing skills.
What You'll Bring
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: Maximo, JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must have a high school diploma or GED, Technical Associates degree preferred.
Industrial maintenance experience in a multi craft environment preferred.
Cleanroom (ISO 7/8) experience preferred.
The physical requirements of this position
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision
The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 - $99,000 annually. The estimated salary is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
