Formulation Technician

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing department, you will support the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

Location:
Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Proactively identify defects or issues in the manufacturing line or product and report findings to supervisors or engineers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and products, supporting continuous production flow.
• Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems to maintain detailed documentation.
• Support team efforts to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality through problem-solving and process optimization.

• Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Experience of 3-7 years in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying issues.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and quality.
