Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting local manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Support all local manufacturing operations.
• Supply components, small parts, glassware, tubing, etc. to cell culture and purification areas.
• Operate general production equipment such as parts washers, autoclave, and stir plates.
• Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
