Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler
- Kitting Department to join their team. As a Material Handler
- Kitting Department, you will be part of the Material Handling team supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $24hr*
* ** Shift:
** 11 am - 7:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery or product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

+ Proactively identify defects in the manufacturing line or product and report issues to supervisors or engineers.

+ Assist in the organization and kitting of materials required for production.

+ Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems as needed.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

+ Experience in manufacturing or material handling (3-7 years preferred).

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols.

+ Willingness to work the specified shift and adhere to organizational policies.
