Compensation Transparency (California Compliant)
In accordance with California pay transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is:
- Target Annual Bonus: 20 percent of base salary
- Additional Uncapped Bonus Opportunity: Based on Property Management channel growth and performance
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
About the Role
This is a confidential, senior-level leadership opportunity to build and scale a Property Management sales channel for a well-established, multi-market organization serving multifamily and property management customers.
The Channel Director will own strategy, execution, and growth for the Property Management channel, with responsibility for sales performance, team leadership, and expansion across regional and national property management accounts.
This is not an operations or maintenance role
. Success is driven by commercial leadership, disciplined sales execution, relationship management, and the ability to scale a repeatable, contract-driven sales model in a fragmented market.
- Own the Property Management channel strategy
, including growth targets, segmentation, and go-to-market approach - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Management sales professionals
- Drive revenue growth, margin discipline, and consistent execution across the channel
- Establish clear KPIs, pipeline expectations, and accountability standards
- Expand penetration with local, regional, and national property management organizations
- Partner closely with operations and leadership to align service, supply, and customer expectations
- Spend regular time in the field with customers and sales teams to support execution and relationship development
- Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week in office (Ontario, CA or Hayward, CA)
- 2–3 days per week in the field with customers, prospects, and sales teams
- Role requires regional travel but is not fully remote
- Proven experience leading a B2B sales channel selling into property management, multifamily, or adjacent verticals
- Demonstrated success building or scaling sales teams and delivering sustained growth
- Strong understanding of relationship-based, contract-driven sales models
- Experience working with regional or national accounts and portfolio-based customers
- Data-driven leadership style with comfort owning forecasts, KPIs, and performance management
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
- Experience in appliance distribution or related building products preferred
- Experience leading teams that sell into:
- Multifamily operators
- Asset managers or owner-operators
- Prior responsibility for multi-market or regional sales leadership
