• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders

• Skills in merchandising, cash and inventory control, team motivation, and customer service

• Knowledge of profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control

• Ability to set and monitor performance goals with upper management

• A 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations with 100+ employees

• Willingness to relocate after training

• A valid driver’s license and automotive insurance

• Ability to multitask, stay self-motivated, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
