Director of Digital Transformation

The new Director will lead the development of projects from inception to delivery in a production environment and manage all IT capabilities related to internal systems, project management, financial management, and web platforms. These systems should integrate seamlessly to support the new Trans Pak platform. The Director will collaborate closely with the VP of IT and managers to assess user needs within their business environment.

This role requires working effectively across all organizational levels and cultural backgrounds.

• Perform industry research and advocate for resources to implement new technology.
• Assist the VP of IT with technology and process implementation.
• Develop and lead the organization's strategic projects aligned with company goals.
• Define project goals, objectives, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams to define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate technology performance and implement improvements as needed.
