Position Summary
Corporate Recruiter at Trans Pak responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across all levels, focusing on manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Works closely with General & Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, and department heads to deliver effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for roles across divisions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networking, and community partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high‑turnover and hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruiting, and community outreach to strengthen employer brand.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and consistent hiring practices.
- Utilize the ATS to maintain records, ensure compliance, and track recruiting metrics.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and promote inclusion.
- Monitor labor market trends to remain competitive.
- Partner with HR Generalists and Training Dept. to oversee employee transition.
- Manage site‑level welcome letter and training plan development.
- Help develop and launch a 30‑60‑90 day review process.
- Collaborate with compensations team to identify pay grades.
- Assist with onboarding and workforce planning as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience hiring both hourly and salaried employees.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
$115,000 DOE.
