Family Nurse Practitioner

Founded in 2009, our practice has served the communities of Hayward, Fremont, and the surrounding areas for over a decade. We are currently seeking a dedicated FNP or PA to join our collaborative team, ensure our high quality of care remains consistent during this phase of growth, and potentially step into a leadership role in the future.

• Impact: Treat a diverse patient demographic (Teens to Geriatrics) dealing with chronic diseases and complex cases. You will have the time to catch issues early and provide thorough care.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and dedication.

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000+ (depending on experience) annually.
• Student Loan Repayment Offered!

• Relocation Assistance: $5,000.

• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care.
• Patient Volume: Schedule allows for 24-28 patients, but typical volume is manageable at roughly 20 patients per day.
• EMR: Epic.

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current certification from an accredited program.
• At least 3 years of experience in Primary Care required.
• Ability to travel between Hayward and Fremont offices.
