Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions and improve their overall quality of life. If you are a skilled therapist with a commitment to patient care, we would love to have you on board.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and home care routines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.

• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in California, or eligibility for licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR certification (BLS).
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
  - REQUIRED
• 1 year of PT Home Health experience
  - REQUIRED

• Valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Understanding of state regulations and compliance standards.
