We’re seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Hayward, California. If you're passionate about restoring function, promoting wellness, and making meaningful patient connections, this opportunity is for you.
Requirements:Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification
Experience in a rehab or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver effective physical therapy interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
Educate patients and families on recovery and at-home exercises
