Relient Health is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at a respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Hayward, CA. This full‑time, direct‑hire leadership role is for a therapy professional who is passionate about guiding teams, improving outcomes, and ensuring top‑tier patient care.

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in CA
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
• Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
