Position: SBBH Therapist
Pay:$74,547.17 - $75,747.17

As a Therapist, you will be an integral part of the school community, enhancing access to social-emotional health services and improving student wellness and academic success. You will collaborate with the school’s Coordination of Services Team (COST), maintain a caseload of EPSDT clients, and meet productivity goals. You’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy, participate in weekly supervision, and attend assigned trainings.
You will uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements. This position supports the agency’s mission by delivering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy (25+ students/year, 18-20 students/month).
- Engage with families and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
- Deliver crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Attend school meetings and participate in outreach efforts.
- Maintain documentation, billings, and client logs per agency standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mental health (e.g., PhD, PsyD, MSW, MFT).
- Knowledge of clinical psychology, therapy techniques, and casework.
- Experience with community-based organizations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly in a team-oriented environment.
