This opportunity seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital support within an elementary and middle school setting. The position is a full-time contract role, beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year, located in Hayward, CA. It is ideal for professionals holding SLP-CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF), including those currently on a Clinical Fellowship (CF).

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary and middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of interventions and accommodations.

• Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or actively participating in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF).
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage an elementary/middle school caseload effectively.
