K-8 Education Specialist – Leave Coverage

• Manage and deliver specialized instruction for a diverse caseload (Pre-K through 8th Grade), ensuring students continue to meet IEP goals.
• Oversee a multi-adult instructional team, including Small Group Instructors and Paraprofessionals, to provide tailored support during core activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific learning needs and accommodations of approximately 20 students per class session.
• Facilitate seamless transitions and communication between the support staff and the broader school community.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
• Prior experience or specialized training in K-8 instruction and early childhood development

• Top Compensation:
  Earn a top-tier hourly wage, ranging from $56.20 - $59.50
  
  Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Special Education Teacher, complemented by weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses.
