Position Overview
As a Cosmotek educator, you’ll play a vital role in empowering the next generation of beauty industry leaders. If you’re excited about sharing your skills and helping students achieve their dreams, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Teach and mentor students in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Barbering programs
- Create engaging, hands-on lesson plans aligned with our state-approved curriculum
- Provide guidance, feedback, and evaluations to support student growth
- Maintain a professional, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Current license in cosmetology, esthetics, or Barbering (as required)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a salon or spa setting
Teaching or training experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and mentorship
