DESCRIPTION: Substitute Teachers work on an on-call, as-needed basis. ACOE operates alternative education programs for middle and high school students in the court schools, community schools, and pregnant/parenting teen’s program.
DAILY RATE: $300 / 7.25 hours for Long term position $250 / 7.25 hours $175 / 5.0 hours
CREDENTIAL &
EXPERIENCE:
- Valid California Teaching Credential - An Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Credential or other California Special Education Credential authorizing the teaching of multi-handicapped students (Infant Program Only) - Emergency 30-day Substitute Teaching Credential Permit.
WORK DAY: Up to 7.25 hours/day
LOCATION: Various locations in Alameda County
