We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Support Associate to support daily office and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, comfortable working on a computer, and willing to assist with packaging and shipping tasks.
Job Title:
Customer Service/ Office Support
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule:
Mon-Fri (10am-4pm)
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Provide general customer service and office support
Assist with packaging and shipping of orders
Prepare shipping labels and documentation
Work with shipping carriers such as Fed Ex and UPS
Enter and maintain data using Excel and Word
Learn and use shipping software efficiently
Support warehouse or office tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to learn and apply international shipping regulations.
* Basic computer skills for clerical tasks.
* Willingness to perform occasional physical labor.
