Nor Cal Roofing is seeking a driven and customer-focused Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with homeowners, companies, managing projects from estimate through completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Estimators are responsible for generating estimates, managing assigned projects, and ensuring each job is completed to scope, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Work directly with homeowners & companies to assess roofing needs and prepare accurate estimates
• Manage assigned projects from contract through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners, crews, and internal staff
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to the agreed scope of work
• Be present during production as needed to monitor progress and workmanship
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Collect payments according to company procedures
• Utilize company-provided technology to manage estimates, job notes, and communication

• Work an existing book of business and inbound office leads
• Strong support from office staff and production teams

• Experience in project management, construction sales, roofing, or related fields strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, field-based environment

• Reliable transportation (role is approximately 80% local field work)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using technology (mobile apps, estimating software, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders as required
• Ability to be on roofs and construction sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $ per year
