We’re partnering with a leading Bay Area general contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent for a marquee $110M+ school construction project in Hayward, CA
.

This multi-phase build will transform an existing elementary school into a state‑of‑the‑art middle school featuring multiple new structures, structural steel, masonry, and high‑end finishes.

• Fall 2025:
  Demolition
• Early 2026:
  Mass grading & utilities
• Summer 2026:
  Vertical construction

If you’re a proven Senior Superintendent ready to take ownership of a career‑defining project, we’d love to connect.

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for a complex, multi‑phase build
• Oversee and mentor 23 superintendents plus field crews
• Direct demo, grading, utilities, and ground‑up construction phases
• Ensure DSA compliance, schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and assistant supers on‑site

• 1015+ years superintendent experience on $100M+ projects
• Proven leadership of multiple superintendents simultaneously
• Strong background in DSA and K12 school construction
• Expertise in structural steel, masonry, and complex ground‑up builds
• Steady career history with top‑tier general contractors
