Pay range: $17.76 - $18.36 per hour.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility.
• Greet visitors and answer telephones.
• Direct callers to appropriate parties.
• Assist with general administrative support functions of the facility.

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to use a 10-key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment.
• Pleasant voice and clear speech.

• Experience in senior care facility.
• Experience in healthcare.
