Overview
Outpatient Therapist at High Plains Mental Health Center, Colby, Kansas. Provides individual, family, and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence-based support. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care and supporting staff with regular supervision and professional development.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions throughout the day.
- Conduct intake assessments.
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision to receive feedback and enhance your skills.
- Attend team meetings to stay connected and contribute to shared client care strategies.
- Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Attend to intake assessments and develop treatment plans as part of a collaborative care approach.
Qualifications- Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
- Current Kansas BSRB Licensure as one of the following:
Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist; - Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker;
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor;
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist;
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle).
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
- Competitive Pay: $64,218 salary | Incentive Pay | $3,000 sign-on bonus.
