Up to £46,000 per annum, dependent on experience ( not pro rata )

Hours:

37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am 4.30pm

Youll deliver exciting lessons that encourage pupils to explore, experiment, and createwhether in smart materials, CAD/CAM, graphics, textiles, resistant materials, electronics, photography, or animation. What Youll Be Doing Deliver practical, engaging, and inspiring lessons that bring Design & Food Technology to life Develop creative resources and activities tailored to pupils individual needs Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance learning Participate in ongoing professional development and share ideas within the team Promote Baston House as a hub of creativity, professionalism, and care Who Were Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching autistic or SEN pupils (highly desirable) Creative, adaptable, and passionate about inspiring young people Collaborative, supportive, and committed to fostering an inclusive school environment Dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential At Baston House, every lesson is an opportunity to ignite curiosity, develop skills, and celebrate individuality.
