Hayden Pet Medical Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth, a smile, and a treat to help pets feel at ease while fostering trust in the veterinary team.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing various responsibilities between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we offer.
This position is perfect for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service who are friendly, outgoing, detail‑oriented, and excellent at coordinating multiple duties you’re passionate about animals and eager to grow in the field of veterinary medicine, we welcome you to apply!
This is a full‑time position, with 10‑hour shifts and availability needed Monday‑Saturday.

- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
- Technologically proficient, as we are paper‑free
- Experience with Ezyvet and Vetradar Services is a plus.
