This role is to support the migration, enterprise configuration, integrations, and ongoing platform support in a validated environment.
We are seeking an experienced Docu Sign Application Specialist to support and administer Docu Sign as an enterprise-level e-signature platform, including integrations, validation, and global business support. This role will play a key part in Thermo Fisher Scientific’s transition from Adobe Acrobat Sign to Docu Sign and will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable eSignature solutions across regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and support Docu Sign eSignature (and CLM, if applicable) in an enterprise environment
- Design, build, and maintain Docu Sign templates, workflows, Power Forms, envelopes, and reporting
- Develop and support Docu Sign APIs and OOTB integrations with enterprise platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Document management systems
- Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- Configure and support SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth) for Docu Sign
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions
- Coordinate with Docu Sign vendor support to open, track, and resolve tickets
- Support change management, releases, and platform upgrades
- Ensure compliance with validated system requirements (21 CFR Part 11) including documentation, audit readiness, and electronic signature controls
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to Docu Sign
- Proactively promote best practices and continuously improve platform stability and user adoption
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with strong hands-on Docu Sign experience
- Deep expertise in:
- Docu Sign Templates
, Power Forms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting - Docu Sign Admin Console and account configuration
- Experience integrating Docu Sign using: REST APIs
- JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT knowledge preferred)
- Experience configuring SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth) for enterprise applications
- Strong experience working in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11) — mandatory
- Experience supporting enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management tools (e.g., Service Now)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Docu Sign REST APIs
- XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
- Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- ITIL-based tools (Service Now – Incident, Change, Problem)
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
- SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth)
- Hands-on experience delivering Docu Sign implementation or migration projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements
- Experience participating in requirements gathering, design, build, and testing
- Ability to support and troubleshoot high-volume, business-critical applications
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in a cross-functional, global environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to mentor, train, and enable support teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience with Docu Sign CLM
- Experience migrating from Adobe Acrobat Sign to Docu Sign
