- Follow up on marketing campaigns and qualified leads to convert them into recurring revenue
- Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM, tracking performance and growth opportunities
- Represent the employer at trade shows, generating leads and securing new accounts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B or healthcare environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account growth
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce to manage leads and track performance
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce sales processes and digital order management
- Experience in the dental or medical device industry is advantageous but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
