What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts by increasing purchasing volume and minimizing customer churn
  • Promote a broader range of products and enhance customer engagement through the employer's eCommerce platform
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and qualified leads to convert them into recurring revenue
  • Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM, tracking performance and growth opportunities
  • Represent the employer at trade shows, generating leads and securing new accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B or healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account growth
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce to manage leads and track performance
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce sales processes and digital order management
  • Experience in the dental or medical device industry is advantageous but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
