Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
