• Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience as an Analyst or Associate at a top-tier Hedge Fund
• Strong understanding of financial data and research workflows
• Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering
• Excellent communication skills to articulate financial concepts to non-financial team members
• Ability to analyze text and financial data effectively

• Experience with basic data analytics and SQL
• Proven strategic thinking in automating manual processes using AI
• Adaptability to transition from market-focused roles to user problem-solving in product management
• Passion for creating industry-leading tools in business intelligence
