Sr. Financial Analyst, HSG

Employer Industry: Healthcare Products and Services

• Perform daily and monthly financial reporting for Henry Schein Products, tracking performance against budget and forecasts
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of sales and gross profit data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Participate in the annual budget process, collaborating with local business teams to develop financial projections
• Lead the transition of financial reporting from Excel to MS Power BI for improved data visualization
• Prepare financial presentations for management, translating complex data into clear insights

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with MS Power BI for dashboard development and data modeling
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

• Experience with Oracle PBCS, HFM, Smart View, and related financial systems
• Professional certification in finance or accounting fields
