As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by building and expanding strong customer relationships within the plumbing industry. You’ll work independently in the field while staying closely connected to a supportive, high‑performing team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This role empowers you to take ownership of your territory, identify opportunities, and generate meaningful sales results.

- Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, building products, construction, commercial, or a related trade.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets, growing accounts, and driving revenue within a defined territory.
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
- Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Operation of Office Equipment – Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
