Who We’re Looking For A motivated Bilingual Sales Rep with a passion for people and a drive to succeed. If you’re already licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health with the California Department of Insurance, that’s a big plus — but if you’re not yet, we’re willing to help the right person get there!

• Are bilingual in Spanish and English
• Love talking to people and building relationships
• Have previous sales or customer service experience
• Are already licensed in P&C or Life & Health (or willing to get licensed soon
  )
• Are goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and love being part of a positive, supportive team
• Want to grow within the industry and build a meaningful career

• Quoting and selling insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
• Following up on leads and helping the agency grow
