  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Introduce newly released products relevant to their vehicle or build
  • Convert inquiries into booked appointments, orders, and long‑term customer relationships
  • Upsell and cross‑sell appropriately based on customer goals, vehicle use, and build stage
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, deal stages, and accurate notes in CRM
Account Management & Customer Experience

  • Guide customers through complex Tesla builds (wheels, suspension, aero, brakes, off‑road, etc.)
  • Set clear expectations around pricing, timelines, lead times, and installation sequencing
  • Proactively communicate order status updates and delays before customers ask
  • Manage high‑touch, high‑value builds with multiple parts, vendors, and timelines
  • De‑escalate issues and “put out fires” with professionalism and ownership
Operations & Internal Coordination

Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Install teams to:

  • Confirm inventory availability
  • Track shipping and delivery status
  • Coordinate install schedules, drop‑offs, and pickups
  • Ensure orders are entered correctly and completely to avoid downstream errors
  • Flag potential issues early (backorders, delays, incompatibilities) and communicate solutions
  • Maintain alignment between what was sold and what is being fulfilled
Tesla Expertise & Brand Representation
  • Understand Tesla models, trims, generations, and common upgrade paths
  • Speak fluently about Tesla culture, ownership mindset, and performance expectations
  • Represent the brand with confidence, credibility, and enthusiasm
  • Educate customers rather than “hard sell” them. You evoke the trusted advisor mindset.

  • Provide feedback to leadership on:
    • Common customer objections

  • Ability to remain calm and solutions‑oriented under pressure
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Close.io preferred), email, and spreadsheets
  • Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
