Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving CHAOS’ growth across the United States by aligning our technical capabilities with the operational needs of military and commercial customers. You will lead high-impact engagements end-to-end—opening doors, shaping requirements, securing commitments, and guiding post-award implementation. Your success depends on staying close to the customer, present in their environment, and engaged at every stage of the mission.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined planner, a skilled coordinator, and a flawless executor—someone who thrives in dynamic operational settings and knows how to translate field requirements into decisive action. You should be just as comfortable in a suit and tie as you are stepping out of a tactical vehicle. Just as important, you must be a true team player: someone who collaborates seamlessly with engineering, leadership, and fellow operators to drive shared success and ensure unified delivery.
Expect every day to be different. Stay hungry—seek out problems early, identify gaps before they become failures, and be the first to deliver solutions. This role requires initiative and presence: go where the customer is, build trust, learn continuously, support your team, drive momentum, and execute with absolute precision.
